The Suite works by appointment only in order to give each bride our undivided attention, privacy and service.
You do require appointments to try on wedding gowns, bridesmaids and accessories.
Saturdays are the most popular days and do book out quickly weeks in advance. If you can come to us on a weekday or Thursday evening we highly recommend this.
Our bridal and bridesmaids appointments are β¬20 -
Appointments are up to one hour long.
All sample gowns are out on the floor for browsing and we have found that one hour is the perfect amount of time for a consulation with us. -
Price range of gowns currently stocked in store made to order is β¬2500-β¬6000. On average most dresses in store range between β¬3000-β¬4000 made to order.
We also offer a small selection of sample gowns, that change throughout the year, available to buy off the rack β¬900-β¬2000. Please enquire when booking your appointment if you would like to look at sample gowns during your appointment. -
We normally recomend to bring 1-2 people with you for your first visit. You trust their opinion and they know you well.
You can also bring other people back with you when you have chosen the style you love. -
The Suite carries an edited selection of each designer's collection. During a trunk show we carry a an extended selcetion of gowns from a particular designer for a weekend only or designated time.
Sometimes the deisgner themseleves or a representative will be here during that weekend to help advise you on your dress or make any custom changes.
The trunk show only lasts a couple of days, and appointments fill up quickly, so we reccomend you book early if one of your favorite designers will be visiting The Suite.
Discounts normally can apply during the trunk show dates. -
Our dresses can take at least 6-7 months to produce. When you factor in delivery into store and alterations, it could be a 9-10 month total process. We normally suggest ordering your dress at least 9-12 months prior to your wedding date, so that you have plenty of time for fittings and accessorising.
There are rush order options with some of our designers for weddings under 6 months. Rush order fees can sometimes be applied and not all designers can offer a rush order. Please contact us for more information if your wedding is less than 6 months and we can offer guidance with what designers and dresses are possible to place a rush order with. -
Take some time to look through magazines for ideas, our website and four social media pages too see the designers and styles we stock. This will give you a general idea of what you like in a wedding dress and which designers and styles you like from our store. This will help us get started in the selection process, although be open minded and your consultant may also have some recommendations too on the day.
We also highly reccomend you have an idea of budget and price range you would like to spend on your wedding dress and tell your consultant at your appointment or before when booking . This way your consultant can advise best for you and work with you within this. This will make your appointment with us as productive as possible and help you find your perfect wedding dress too. -
Terms and conditions:
1. All sales are final. There are no return, exchanges, refunds or transferred credits on any item that is special order at The Suite. To place an order requires full payment or 50%Deposit and balance due 30 days prior to delivery into store or payment plan option.
2. As each dress is a special order it requires up to six months for production. Veils and accessory special order take between three to four months for production. All ship dates are approximate. The manufacturer reserves the right to change a ship date based on their production schedule.
3. Each special order gown is made to order and not made to measure and therefore some alterations will always be necessary and to be expected. Altertions are not included in the price.
4. When your dress has arrived in store you have seven days in which to inspect your gown for any flaws or manufacturer faults.
5. After you have tried your dress for the first time and have identified alterations necessary you must sign a bridal gown release form on collection and taking away with you or if delivered confirm this with receipt of your gown.
6. A rush order can be placed for you if possible and this incurs an extra fee. This fee varies between designers. A Rush Order is a term used when a designer accommodates a dress order in less time than the standard ordering time. All Rush Orders less than 3 months must be paid in full at time of ordering.
7. Your estimated delivery date is an estimation and not exact as shipping can be affected by a number of factors which might cause delays. We will contact you when your dress is ready to be shipped and notify you on expected delivery or if any delays.
8. We are not responsible for measurements not taken at The Suite. The Suite will not be held responsible for the fit of your dress should you choose to select a size other than our recommendation.
9. The Suite is not responsible for the fit or additional costs incurred due to weight gain/loss, pregnancy or plastic surgery.
10. Manufacturer dye lots may vary and The Suite is not responsible for this.
11. The customer will be notified upon arrival of a special order dress and will have one week to check for any flaws.
12. The customer balance if any must be paid within the agreed time frame via payment plan set up or 30 days prior to date of arrival in store which will be issued via online invoice. Delivery date will be subject to change otherwise.
13. You have 7 days to from time of original purchase to change your mind and cancel your order. There will be no honoured changes or cancellations after this time. The Suite is bound to the manufacturer's terms and conditions in this regard. There will be a β¬200.00 cancellation fee. If you change your mind at any point after this your deposit is non-refundable. Rush orders require 24hrs to cancel your order.
14. If the above customer and/or bride is unable to pick up their dress at anytime, it is their responsibility to provide The Suite with the name of the person authorised to pick up their dress. No merchandise will be released for any reason to any unauthorised person.
15. If the wedding date stated above changes for any reason it is the responsibility of the bride to notify The Suite and make the necessary arrangements. If the event is cancelled or postponed your dress will still be ready and require balance payment and collection as originally agreed.
16. Once the dress is removed from The Suite we are no longer responsible for the care or condition of the item. Please inspect your dress before you leave The Suite.
17. Sample Dress sales are paid for in full on the day of purchase. The Bride takes her gown with her on the day of purchase. Sample Dresses are purchased in their current state and a bridal gown release form must be signed on purchase.
18. Any order not paid for or collected within 60 days will become the property of The Suite and any deposit will be forefited.
